Wellington Hospital Re-development:
Lend Lease Property Services - Development Manager for master planning, design development and commercial planning and approvals for capital expenditure to support the Capital Coast Health Business Plan, $50m. Masterplan and Development Report completed October 1997. This major planning exercise included management of $10m of capital works during this period.
Sheraton Hotel Room Refurbishment:
Senior Project Manager for the feasibility and concept study in 1994 and Project Director during the refurbishment, $16m. Completed in August 1997 for Nauru Phosphate Royalties Trust ahead of programme and set a new standard for Auckland hotel rooms.
Bruce Mason Theatre: Senior Project Manager for this full capability theatre and conference centre for North Shore City Council, $9m. Completed on schedule in August 1996 it won a BOMA Building Excellence Merit award for innovation and acoustic performance.
Takapuna Carpark: Senior Project Manager for this public carpark integrated with the Bruce Mason Centre for North Shore City Council, $2m.
Takapuna Commercial Building: Senior Project Manager for the feasibility study and concept development for this retail and commercial building integrated with the Bruce Mason Centre $3m.

Henry Bennett Centre:
Senior Project Manager for the business and design concept for this regional Psychiatric Hospital for Health Waikato in Hamilton, $18m. Complex but innovative design and contractual arrangements. Completed 3 months ahead of programme in September 1997. It set a new concept and standard for mental health facilities in NZ.
Henderson Square Shopping Centre Refurbishment & Extensions:
Senior Project Manager for the concept design of this re-development which has set new standards for environmental features, for St Lukes Group, $25m.
North Shore Sports Centre:
Senior Project Manager for this 5,000 seat multi-purpose indoor stadium for North Shore City, $9m. It was an innovator in NZ for sports-elastic-floor and retractable seating and was awarded the BOMA Building Excellence Award in 1993.
Waikato Hospital refurbishment:
Senior Project Manager for a diverse range of complex projects of compliance. This included campus fire protection, signage development, corporate theming, radiation bunker and Ward Refurbishment for Health Waikato, $10m.
Shades Mall Refurbishment:
Senior Project Manager for the feasibility study and Project Director for this shopping mall refurbishment in Christchurch for Tasman Properties, $3m.
North Shore Ambulance Station:
Senior Project Manager for the concept development and Project Director for the Order of St John, $3m.
Shore City Galleria Refurbishment:
Senior Project Manager for this shopping centre re-development which set a new Auckland benchmark as a Galleria concept, $18m for Biron Properties.
Senior Management Team Achievements:
Civil & Civic was the first organisation in NZ to receive ISO:9001 certification for project, design and construction management. Design and construction safety systems were developed and implemented a year before the NZ Health and Safety Act required them.
